Kendall Jenner lands another top fashion campaign for spring/ summer 2016 and its affordable high street wear- ‘tribal spirit’ trend. Tribal spirit is one of four trends represented this season. ‘Mango’ will present a new trend campaign every month with a new face fronting it. And a new ad will drop in the months February, March, April and May.
Kicking off the year, the 20 year old Supermodel shared her beauty for the boho shoot in a tribal themed Inspired by African savanna. With a combination of print fabrics, suede’s, tribal print dresses, leather fringe and off the shoulder top with a black waist belt. “An explosion of earth tones, with colours such as mustard, browns, camel and sand are combined with an abundance of accessories to produce outfits of a tribal and free-spirited influence.”
This will be Kendalls first campaign of 2016, joining previous campaign stars including Cara Delevingne, Kate Moss, Miranda Kerr and Daria Werbowy as she follows in their footsteps. Reality TV star turned model is photographed in moody black and white shots by David Sims for the Spanish retailer SS16
Kendall said: “I am delighted to have been chosen to present the Tribal Spirit part of the collection,” she said. “I love wearing the designs, fabrics and shapes – they really speak of the allure of nature which I know this collection was inspired by. The shots we created on set reflect the natural undertones of the collection while showing really beautiful, striking pieces! It was a great shoot and working with the entire Mango team was an amazing experience!”
