Easy and effective hair care

It has become a recent thing of mine to keep my hair looking as healthy as possible. To me, there is nothing worse than noticeable damaged hair, and yes i have been there too. I used to like my long uncut hair, and it didn't bother me how unhealthy it looked. But i decided to get a chunk of it cut off, simply because i wanted a change, and that few inches made such a difference. I am now obsessed with getting it cut on a regular basic just because of how healthy it looks once you keep up to it.

I had a few inches cut off, and now i have a one length hair cut and i love it. The ends are blunt and so healthy looking i cant help but take care of it. You wouldn't get a colour done and not take care of it after, right? I now have a hair routine i apply and my hair loves me for it.

  1. I apply oil to my ends to keep them looking shiny from mid length to the bottom at least once a week.
  2. I apply a leave-in conditioner, sleep in it, and wash it out in the morning. I currently do this once a month.
  3. I like to change up my shampoo and conditioner and find out what works best for my hair.
  4. I like to blow-dry my hair smooth because i have naturally curly hair, so to protect my hair from heat damage i leave my hair to air dry naturally for up to 30 mins and then dry it smooth on a low heat with a hairdryer and brush.
  5. Before this step i also apply heat proactive spray.

All these steps have become essential to me. And because i have only started taking proper care of my hair besides shampoo and conditioner i am always looking for new products to try. If anyone has any recommendations on what works for your hair please comment below.

See you next time ..
